Original show notes from this episode:
After all of the spoon feeding that has been done of 2008 releases, Chrome Skin Jesus felt it was time to take a break and look back at what got him involved in industrial rock in the beginning. All tracks featured came out before 1992, a decidedly more decadent time and much more raw era in the life of the illustrious DJ and the music scene in general.
Enjoy a healthy dose of classic tracks, and ones that should have been from the following artists:
- Einstürzende Neubauten – Sand [Yu-Gung EP]
- Pigface – Ten Ground and Down [Fook]
- Godflesh – Slavestate [Slavestate]
- Swans – Sex.God.Sex [Children of God]
- My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult – Do You Fear For Your Child [I See Good Spirits, I See Bad Spirits]
- KMFDM – Thumb Thumb [UAIOE]
- Ministry – Never Believe [The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste]
- Revolting Cocks – In The Neck [Beers, Steers and Queers]
- Circle of Dust – Dissolved [Dissolved]
- Contagion – We Believe [Contaminant PCB]
- Front Line Assembly – Provision [Caustic Grip]
- Treponem Pal – The Black Box [Treponem Pal]
- Lard – They’re Coming To Take Me Away [The Last Temptation of Reid]
