This is part 2 of Duffmans ‘History of Industrial Music’ contribution to RBDF. For part 1, please download episode number 65.
Duffman has made a two part show going through an early history of Industrial Music. This not only covers the beginning of industrial as a genre, but also where the foundation for industrial music started and the artist and musicians who directly influenced industrial music as we know it today.
Some of the bands played range from Throbbing Gristle to Front 242 to Ministry to early Nine Inch Nails. As a bonus and some extra time at the end of part two, he also plays some early Tear Garden, covers of Skinny Puppy and Nine Inch Nails songs, early Laibach and a new song from Out Out.
